I am the sole product designer at Schmidt Entities, working with the Technical Projects Group team. Recent projects include an AI-powered asset finder tool for content creators to discover trending narratives, view and edit video clips, and a chatbot to assist volunteers and progressive campaigns in preparing for canvassing and voter outreach efforts. Additionally, I led the end-to-end design process for Tekalo, an initiative connecting tech talent with non-profit organizations and the impact sector.

I led a team of three designers in a remote, international work environment. Our focus was on designing Nulab’s online products—Cacoo, Typetalk, and Backlog—along with the product design system. I spearheaded the design system and website updates in collaboration with the marketing team. Additionally, I managed new hires, conducted design reviews, established processes with stakeholders, collaborated with development teams, and strategized all product content with a content writer.

I was on the digital payments team for Chase’s credit card, auto, and home-lending products. I was in a cross-functioning team of designers, product owners, engineers, researchers, content editors, and accessibility teams to deliver designs for desktop and mobile web.

Previously, I was on a team that designed and shipped Chase Pay for iOS, Android, and the web. I was responsible for delivering the point of sale experience at the cashier, restaurants, and gas stations. Worked closely with UX researchers to conduct user testing and interviews to make decisions based on customer insight and feedback.

Designed and managed the studio website and made renderings to be used for the fabrication of signs and objects. Created architectural elevations and mock-ups for neon signs and large signs. Managed projects from concept to completion and managed client expectations.
